Anodizing Product Line

Recently Ronatec C2C moved into the anodizing market. In order to do this succesfully and in the most efficient way for our customers, we partnered with major names such as JSA, and Coventya to offer a complete Anodizing Product Line.

We are all experiencing an increase in the usage of aluminum in our everyday lives. Aluminum is lighter than other commonly used metals, and is easy to machine, extrude, or cast. An aluminum part, when made the anode in an electrolytic cell, forms an anodic oxide on the surface of the aluminum part.

The process of producing a controlled, anodic coating or anodic oxide on the surface of an aluminum part, is known as anodizing.

The excellent corrosion and wear resistance of the anodic coating allows for uses ranging from cookware, the space shuttle or even satellite parts. Automobile trim, exterior architectural applications, and even airplane components use anodized aluminum components.

• This amazing product strips anodizing substances off of racks allowing you to re-use. It is inexpensive and works great at low volumes.

RONATEC AL ETCH-60
Alkaline etchant, which uniformly and rapidly etches aluminum alloys. It minimizes the formation of scale on tank walls and heating elements to reduce maintenance costs and time.

JSA MAROX A-70
An alkaline, fine etch, leaving a satin appearance.

SPECIALTY 835
Alkaline etchant, which uniformly and rapidly etches aluminum alloys. It contains ingredients, which minimize the formation of scale on tank walls and heating elements to reduce maintenance costs and time.

RONATEC DEOX NC-1
A concentrated liquid non chromated deoxidizer for desmutting and deoxidizing aluminum. It works rapidly and performs well in room temperature.

RONATEC DEOX NC-2
A liquid low foaming, non chromated deoxidizer for removing smut and oxides from aluminum. Deox NC 2 can be used in either tank or spray application.

SPECIALTY 982
A Chrome-free liquid deoxidizer for a wide range of alloys. It operates at room temperature and is also an excellent deox for aluminum alloys prior to chromating.

SPECIALTY SEALANT MTL
A mid-temperature sealant. High quality seal that does not affect dyes. Improves corrosion resistance of clear anodize. Suitable for electrolytically colored aluminum. Non-yellowing formulation. Virtual absence of smut. Easy to operate and maintain. No buffer needed, self regulation pH.
